TL;DR

We create a fun but educational social campaign that showed people hybrids come in all shapes, sizes and styles.

When most people hear “hybrid,” their mind jumps straight to a Prius. But Toyota wanted to break that stereotype—so they asked us to create a social campaign that showed people that Toyota has a hybrid for everyone.

We created a series of playful animated social assets that highlighted the personality and power of Toyota’s hybrid lineup.

Then we took the story to the streets. Literally. We brought a range of Toyota hybrids into the real world and filmed live man-on-the-street interviews, asking people to guess which car was the hybrid. The twist: they all were.

The result was a dynamic mix of paid social content and a full-length organic YouTube video that expanded the reveal into a fun, surprising moment of discovery—showing the world that hybrids come in all shapes, sizes, and styles.
